We Believe

We believe the Bible is God's progressive revelation of Himself to us. Therefore, the Bible speaks as clearly today as it did when it was originally written. We also believe that God speaks in various forms but always in agreement with His written Word.

We believe Jesus Christ is God's Son sent by the Father to redeem mankind from sin and its effects through his death and resurrection. We believe Jesus Christ receives all believers to himself and he will triumph over sin in a final consummation of the kingdom of God.

We believe the Holy Spirit is given to all believers at their salvation. In addition, we believe a subsequent Spirit Baptism empowers believers to be effective witnesses to our community, state and the world.

We believe Christ desires to save, heal and deliver humanity from sin and its effects both in the present age and in the age to come.

We believe Jesus Christ will come again to consummate the Kingdom of God in fullness abolishing all sin and creating a new heaven and new earth.
We believe God is revealed as three separate persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and yet is One God. They live in complete unity (John 17). We are trinitarian.

We believe that mankind is separated from God and needs a personal savior. Each person must personally receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We must confess and repent of our sin, receive Christ's forgiveness and receive His Spirit into our heart.

We believe we are mandated to take the gospel to the nations. Therefore, we cooperate with the Assemblies of God to reach their
mission locally, nationally and internationally.
